How To Order

You can place an order through our website at www.BarberGeeks.com, call us at 203-526-1050, When ordering by phone, please have the stock item name, shipping information, and your credit card information ready. Please plan accordingly as some items may be on backorder.

Payments

  • Credit Card:The name of the purchaser must match the name on the card. If the names do not match or if you would like items shipped to a different state, a Third Party Authorization form will need to be completed with proper identification if needed.

Shipping

We provide free shipping on any retail or on sale order placed on the website to any part of the United States including Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska. The process for international shipping will be dealt differently. Paypal or other sources of payment will be used to complete the transactions and the shipping cost will be paid for by the buyer and not us. Regular ground shipping time will be based on location but it can take 2-8 business days to arrive at its destination within the United States.

 

Returns & Exchanges

New BarberGeeks merchandise may be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt. Returns can not be sent back without the approval and the buyer is liable to pay for any fee that caused by the unapproved actions of the buyer. (e.g. shipping cost or penalty fees) Return requests MUST be approved in advance and are subject to a 20% restocking fee if not returned in original packaging and condition plus shipping charges (both directions will be billed the original shipping cost). Products must be returned in their original packaging in Like New condition. Refunds are contingent upon BarberGeeks inspection and approval. All credits will be issued to the original method of payment used (ie. credit card, store credit, check). Special Order items are NOT returnable.

 

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped (usually within 24 hours). If the order has already been shipped you will be charged a restocking fee of 15% of the total cost of your order if decide to ship it back and we are not responsible for your return shipping expenses.

 

Warranty

BarberGeeks warrants that their products and working properly and in full working condition. If a part needs to be replaced due to factory damage then we will pick up the defective part or complete unit from you at our discretion, repair or replace it, and return it to you free of charge.
